The Manor Located in Holmby Hills, CA

The Manor, it's also known as the Spelling Manor, is a mansion located on S Mapleton Dr in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. It was constructed in 1988 for the television producer Aaron Spelling. The home is currently owned by heiress Petra Ecclestone, a daughter of the Formula One racing magnate Bernie Ecclestone. Ecclestone purchased the mansion for $85 million after it had been on the market for two years with an asking price of $150 million, this made it the most expensive residential real estate listing in the U.S. It's the largest home in Los Angeles County.  The Manor is a French chateau-style mansion with 123 rooms and 56,000 square feet of space on more than 4.6 acres.  It was designed by architects James Langenheim & Associates and was built at a cost of $12 million, the two story mansion is 51.5 feet high including a basement and an intermediate level for closets between the second story and the attic. The house features a screening room, gym, bowling alley, three rooms for wrapping presents, four two car garages, a tennis court, a pool, and much more. The parking lot of the property accommodates 100 vehicles, and there are also 16 carports. This home is truly a world class estate and it's very beautiful.
